I'm a professor in the College of Education at Dakota State University. I teach math methods, STEM, and educational technology courses. I am also the Program Coordinator for our Master of Science in Educational Technology (MSET) degree. 

I recently wrote and illustrated by first children's book, Yucky!. If you would like to learn more about the book or have me read the book to students in your classroom, please contact me.

I am the co-founder of Top Class Apps. We have three apps in the iTunes App Store: Spelling Star, Math Mountains: Add & Subtract, and Math Mountains: Multiply & Divide. I'm also the co-founder of Kevin & Kaia. This is an entrepreneurial project that I do with my 17-year-old daughter, Kaia.

I received my bachelor's degree in Math Education from Dakota State University, my master's in Instructional Technology from the University of Nebraska, and my doctorate in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Memphis.
