Below are several lesson plans and reflections that I created as a part of my coursework at Dakota State University.
This is a lesson I created during my K-8 Math Methods course. The lesson was designed to teach 3rd grades how to use a number line to compare numbers. I didn't actually teach this lesson to students, but the process of creating it was very beneficial. I tried to visualize each part of the lesson and how I would deliver it to students. I struggled with coming up with a good way to differentiate the activities for all students, but the rest of the lesson planning process went well.
